Key 2025 Project: School Support in the Cederberg

Our primary initiative, kicking off 2025, involves supporting a local school run by an NPO in the Cederberg. We aim to improve the school’s infrastructure to create a better learning environment for children. By funding early childhood development and enhancing school facilities, we are committed to ensuring that children receive the attention and care they deserve and a high-quality education.

Key Event Partner: The Ceder Race

The Ceder Event presents an exciting mix of adventure and competition in the stunning Cederberg region, just three hours from Cape Town, where participants can choose from various cycling and trail running distances. Originating at the iconic Cederberg Oasis, the event has grown significantly and will relocate to Nuwerust in 2025, with the 2025 edition kicking off the UCI Gravel World Series, South Africa's only qualifying race for the UCI Gravel World Championships. The Ceder also features trail races, enhancing its status in South Africa's Trail Running calendar. Importantly, 10% of each entry is donated to the School Support program run by the Farfield Foundation, which helps create awareness and contributes to community projects aimed at preserving the Cederberg's natural beauty and supporting local initiatives.
